9th Infantry Division — World War II — Fort Bragg, North Carolina
In 1942, some of the 9th Infantry Division's tented bivouacs were located off Chicken Road at Fort Bragg, N.C. This area was several miles from the 9th Infantry Division's designated area of the military base.
