Pulaski Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany
A basketball goal stood in April 1999 at the center of the dead-end circle at Pulaski Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Spc.-4 Lewis D. Whaley and other soldiers between 1961 and 1963 hiked down the mountain at this trail to visit Landstuhl and a gasthaus for cognac and German beer.
